Presidential Immunity
The President of the United States has absolute immunity regarding acts within their presidential duties.
Absolute immunity provides complete immunity from acts carried out within the scope of one’s duties even if it was done with malice or ill intent.
Judicial Immunity
A judge has absolute immunity as long as the action was within their judicial duties.

Legislative Immunity
Legislators have absolute immunity when acting within their capacity as legislators.

Police Privilege
police officers are granted qualified immunity from civil suits, as long they were using reasonable behavior & good faith.
Executive Immunity
Officers of the executive branch of state and local governments are granted qualified immunity from civil suits, if they were acting with reasonable behavior and good faith
Sovereign immunity
the state or the federal government is immune to civil suits if they did not give consent to be sued
