Constitutional Monarchy
A
A system of government with a king or queen as the of state in which the powers of the institution of government are prescribed in the constitution. Head of state is represented by the governor-general and the government is bi-cameral.
- Citizens elect their representatives
- Division of powers
- High court for constitutional disputes
- Only the people can change the constitution through referendum

A
GG opens and closes parliament and provides royal consent and proclamation of legislation.

A
GG acts on the advice of the PM provided they fulfil the three conditions. Proclaims regulations. Appoints and dismisses ministers including the PM.

A
Appoints judges of federal courts.
