A

(1) a Daubert hearing; (2) the Expert Opinion must:
- offer an opinion that his helpful to the fact finder,
- be qualified,
- offer information based on sufficient facts or data,
-use reliable principles and methods,
-reliably apply those principles and methods;
(3) A preponderance of the evidence.
