States cannot unreasonably discriminate against individuals. They must have equal protection under the law
Establishment Clause
Congress cannot decree an official religion. Separation of church and state
Ex Post Facto Clause
Congress cannot pass a law that punishes someone retroactively
Extradition Clause
Those who commit a crime in one state and then flee to another must be returned to the original state for trial.
Free Exercise Clause
Congress cannot ban freedom of worship
Full Faith and Credit Clause
States must recognize the public acts, court orders, and records of other states

Privileges and Immunities Clause
A state cannot unreasonably discriminate against residents of other states
Reserved Power Clause
Any power not listed but also not prohibited by the Constitution falls to the states
Search and Seizure Clause
Protection from unreasonable search and seizure without probable cause
