EHuman Rights Act 1998 (HRA 1998)

A

s3 : all acts must be interpreted in accordance with the ECHR as far as possible by the courts.
s4 : declaration of incompatibility
s10 : if there is a declaration of incompatibility, this section contains a fast-track procedure to amend the act.
s19 : when introducing a bill to parliament, minister must state bill is compatible with ECHR.
