Standing (Plaintiff must have Article III Standing)
Under Constitutional Law, standing is the ability of a party to demonstrate to the curt a sufficient connection to and harm from the law or action challenged to support that party’s participation in the case.
Mootness (Case of controversy Must not be Moot)
Under Constitutional Law, a matter is moot if further legal proceedings can have no effect or if events have placed it beyond the reach of law.

Strict Scrutiny
