Majority vote no- no law
Majority vote yes- Bill goes to senate

Votes no- no law
Vote yes- Revise and vote on completed bill

Senate votes yes- PRESIDENT

President: pocket veto- cogress in session law- not in session no law
President: Veto- 2/3 vote yes- law- 2/3 vote no- no law
President: signs bill- LAW
