what is the first amendment?
freedom of speech,press,religion,assembaly, and petition
what is the second amendment?
right to bare arms (guns)
what is the third amendment?
you do NOT have to house soldiers
what is the fourth amendment?
no unreasonable search or arrest
what is the fifth amendment?
No double jeopardy or no witness against yourself. (you can not be your witness or be charged twice)
what is the sixth amendment?
the right to a speedy trial and public trial (the soonest possible trial available you can watch the trial)
what is the seventh amendment?
The right to a jury trial in civil matters of $20 and over.(you can fight a trial for 20 dollars and more in court)
what is the eighth amendment?
no excessive bail or cruel punishment. (the bail needs to be a normal amount)
what is the ninth amendment?
people get rights not listed in the constitution (not all rights are written)
what is the tenth amendment?
Any rights not given to the government are given to the states and the people
what is the thirtieth amendment?
Abolish slavery
what is the fourteenth amendment?
If you are born or naturalized in the U.S. then you are a citizen of the U.S.
what is the fiftieth amendment?
You cannot prevent a person from voting because of race, color, or creed.
what is the eighteenth Amendment?
Prohibition (Drinking alcohol is illegal; this caused quite the chaos in the US).

Woman can vote
