Who begins the charges of impeachment?
House of Representatives begins the charges of impeachment and the Senate is the jury and tries for impeachment.

Also known as clause 18, it says that congress has power to make laws necessary and proper, it’s the basic of implied powers.

What is the Great Compromise?
Also known as the Connecticut Plan, That created a bicameral congress. One house made of representation based on population(Virginia plan), and another house with equal representation (New Jersey plan).
