  • New Laws Required the Approval of 9 of the 13 States BUT - no new laws were ever written
  • Amending or Changing the Articles Required the Consent of All 13 States BUT - the articles were never amended
  • No Judicial Branch (No National Court System) = no justice (disputes were not decided fairly)
