it is difficult to remove/ amend, considered a higher law
what does unentrenched mean
constitutional laws are no different than statute laws
what is a flexible constitution
any of its sources can be changed without a lengthy or difficult process
what is a rigid constitution
requires a lengthy and difficult process to alter it
