Bilabial

The tip of the tongue hits the back of the teeth on the top row in your mouth.

Back of the tongue hits the soft top of the mouth in the back of the mouth

The sound is produced from the flow of the air though the open glottis and past the tongue and lips as they prepare to pronounce a vowel sound, which is always followed by an h
