SPLEEN CONNECTING CHANNEL
A
- originates at SP-4
- connects with the Stomach channel
- enters the abdomen and connects with the intestines and Stomach channel

Spleen Great Luo-connecting Channel
A
- separates from the primary channel at SP-21 on the lateral aspect of the chest
- spreads through the chest and lateral costal region, gathering the blood of the luo-connecting channels of the whole body

KIDNEY CONNECTING CHANNEL
A
- begins at KID-4 on the posterior aspect of the medial malleolus,
- encircles the heel and enters internally to connect with the Bladder channel
- ascends along with the Kidney primary channel from KID-4 to a point below the Pericardium where it travels posteriorly to and spreads into the lumbar vertebrae

LIVER CONNECTING CHANNEL
A
- separates from the primary channel at LIV-5 on the medial aspect of the lower leg,
- connects with the Gall Bladder channel
- ascends to the genitals

FUNCTIONS OF CONNECTING CHANNELS
A
- Balansing Yin and Yang of the limbs
Qi changes polarity at fingers/toes
Change polarity of Qi extends below the elbow/knee
CH ensure harmonization yin/yang Qi
Regulate ascending(yang) vs descending(yin) Qi to and from the Head
- Nourishment superficial and deep areas of the body
- Protection - via WEY Qi
- Warming muscles and body
- _Connecting and harmonizing *exterior/inferior* and *right/left* sides of the body_
- Making the Blood
when Blood is made in Middle Burner it flows into the blood connective channels > main channels
