- early: palms/soles lesions, HSM, jaundice, anemia, snuffle (watery discharge), bony abn
- late: frontal bossing, short maxilla, high palatal arch, Hutchinson triad (blunted upper incisors, interstitial keratitis, 8th n. deafness), saddle nose, perioral fissures
