It is automatically granted as soon as one perm under the ‘work on project issues’ is granted.

Can you create custom issue types in a TMP ?
Yes, but restrictions apply (types and max #)

What can you change on an issue type ?

Caveat when setting or removing access to an issue type ?
Not retroactive. Only new issues will follow the new setting.
