What are project risks?
Project risks are unfavourable events that jeopardize the achievement of one or more stakeholders project objectives on time
What are product risks?
Any risk that adversely impacts the quality of the products. Includes failures, incomplete or erroneous data and inadequate competence of testers
What are the four things you can do to deal with risks in a project?
- Ignore the risk
- Mitigate the risk
- Create a contingency plan
- Transfer the risk to another party
