What is the modern slavery act?

  • It was introduced in 2015.
  • It is an act of parliament designed to combat modern
    slavery in the UK and consolidate demand for migrant
    workers.

What are the CPD Requirements for members of the RICS?

  • To complete 20 hours of CPD per calendar year. This must be made up of 10 hours of Formal CPD and 10 hours of Informal CPD.
