Internal rotation and abduction, upper trap recruitment, anterior tone
Slipped capital femoral epiphysis
Femoral head slips posteriorly, from weak growth plate
Groin pain, waddling gate, decreased range of motion

Abnormal scar/wind healing, fragile vessels, hypermobility, fragile skin

Calcium deposits and skin, Reynaud’s, red spot, esophageal swelling
Systemic lupus erythamatosus
Red rash on face, fatigue, joint pain, malaise

Cylindrical, sausage like limbs
