Define push/pull theory

A

The idea is that when someone pushes energy in your direction, you want to continue and guide that energy past it’s intended stop point or in an alternate direction. Pulling is the exact opposite in that when someone pulls you towards them, continue their energy beyond or in a different direction than expected. When they push, you pull.
