- dilated veins of the pampiniform plexus forming a scrotal mass (caused by venous incompetence like varicose veins of the testicles)

What’s the best investigation to do for someone with varicocoele?
A
- Colour doppler ultrasound
Should also do Sperm studies to assess fertility
