a type of traumatic brain injury (TBI) when the brain is jolted or bounces around inside the skull
Cranium
the bones that form the head
Coup
when the brain tissue is damaged directly beneath the point of impact to the head
Contrecoup
when the brain collides with the opposite side of the skull from the site of impact
Amnesia
a partial or total loss of memory
Photophobia
fear of light
Phonophobia
an intolerance or hypersensitivity to sound

ringing or buzzing in the ears
