Decision Making
(MyI) Choosing a solution and possibly compromise on some things.
Development
The main building and stuff.
Investigation
Bungo Stray Dogs: Checking specs? Seeing some flaws? Design alterations? Etc.
Communicate Results
Chicken Rice: Talking/presenting/postering to the people and sharing results.
Potential or current stakeholders. Language can be pretentious or Laymen
Agenda
The SKELETON that outlines how a meeting will/should go. The package is handed out.
Journal
Your records. Beware.
Meeting Minutes
The MEAT of the meeting, how things are/will go, what to do, questions, concerns.
Acts
Stuff like giving a project a stamp.
Bylaws
Stuff like giving the engineer development.
Code of Ethics
Stuff like how to have a soul.
ACE
Achieve, Connect, Enjoy:
Stuff that fills these bars make you feel like living.
Pinch and Crunch
Pinch: Not that big of a deal-ish.
Crunch: I will find your IP address.
Managing:
You are your controller.
You can control your situation.
You are curious to problems.
You are composed.
You listen.
Stakeholders (Project)
Anyone that can benefit or lose stuff in the project.
Sponsor (Project)
Supports both project-wise and money-wise. Helps the project manager.
I.e., Senior Executive
Manager (Project)
The master; S+ in leadership, communication, problem solving, decision-making, and rizz.
Team (Project)
The lackeys; can include stakeholders, subject experts (i.e., not engineers), and administrators.
Initiating
Creating a project charter; authority, ability, actions to start project
Planning
Creating a plan; WBS and Gantt chart basically.
