Internalization
When you take an idea and/or opinion about something and make it part of your identity
Authority
Someone who has the power over another to make decisions
Stereotype
An overarching idea or preconceived notion of a type of thing or person
Hierarchy
System where people are ranked into groups, people of higher group have more power
Arbitrariness of difference
Differences that are not logical, not made with reason or necessary
Otherization
To make someone feel different from others as outwardly presenting and stating that they are in fact, different
Differential Treatment
When someone with authority treats someone, or a group, differently from another based on characteristics they cannot change
Fallacy
bad logic, a belief based on bad argument
Generalization
Making an assertion or claim on a group of people
False Generalization
Making an untrue assertion or claim on a group of people using poor data or logic
Logic
