2 years imprisonment
Everyone who
disposes of the dead body of any child
in any manner
with intent to conceal the fact of its birth
whether the child dies before, or during, or after birth

Pre birth vs post birth
A
The term ‘child’ is not defined but refers to a child of comparatively recent birth.
The body must be dead when disposed of although doesn’t need to be found of ID.
If child was alive when disposed and died as a result the charge may be murder of manslaughter or in the case of the mother, infanticide.
