Q

Pre birth vs post birth

A

The term ‘child’ is not defined but refers to a child of comparatively recent birth.

The body must be dead when disposed of although doesn’t need to be found of ID.

If child was alive when disposed and died as a result the charge may be murder of manslaughter or in the case of the mother, infanticide.
