Malware.
Malware is taken from the words malicious and software. It is the collective name for software that is harmful to your computer system or network.
RAT.
A remote access Trojan (RAT) is a malware program that includes a back door for administrative control over the target computer.
Viruses.
A computer virus is a program that makes copies of itself, attaches itself to programs you have installed on your computer and then damages your system.
Worms.
Similar to a virus, a worm is a program that makes copies of itself and then spreads through a network, damaging systems as it goes a long.
Trojans.
This is a program that looks harmless and tricks you into running it on your computer. It then carries out it’s real task, for example, displaying adverts on the desktop or installing unwanted toolbars.
