Q

What is the GAT?

A

The GAT is a secure web-based instrument hosted on ArmyFit that combines objective health
and fitness metrics (such as APFT and blood pressure data) with survey-based questions,
providing the individual self-awareness within the Five Dimensions of Strength as well as scores
in the Performance Triad (sleep, activity, and nutrition) and other metrics designed to motivate
the user towards behavioral change.

A

The Web-based ArmyFit environment serves as a socially enabled platform that hosts the GAT
and provides opportunities that extend beyond taking an assessment to meet the day to day
