BODY COMPOSITION
A health-related component that defines the ability of the body to exert force.
MUSCULAR STRENGTH
A health-related component that defines the ability of the muscles to continue performing.
MUSCULAR ENDURANCE
A health-related component that defines the ability of the body to sustain blood and oxygen.
CARDIO-VASCULAR ENDURANCE
A health-related component that defines the range of motion available at a socket. (e.g. ball and socket joint, hinge joint, etc.)
FLEXIBILITY
A skill-related component that defines the distance covered in a short period of time.
SPEED
A skill-related component that defines the ability to change direction with speed.
AGILITY
A skill-related component that defines the ability to do work.

A skill-related component that defines the multitasking of the different senses and body parts.
COORDINATION
A skill-related component that defines the ability of our body to maintain equilibrium.
BALANCE
A skill-related component that defines the time elapsed between the stimuli and the beginning of the response to it.
