Physical fitness
Any bodily movement that expends energy, including activities like walking, swimming, or dancing.
Physical Activity
A subset of physical activity that is planned, structured, and repetitive, often with the goal of improving or maintaining physical fitness. This can include activities like jogging, weightlifting, or yoga.
Physical Exercise
represents the free time an individual has outside of their work or daily responsibilities. It’s a period for relaxation, hobbies, and recreational activities
Leisure time
refers to a lifestyle or behavior characterized by a lack of physical activity, typically involving prolonged periods of sitting or inactivity.
Sedentary
Ability of the muscle to exert submaximal force repeatedly over time
Muscular Endurance
Ability of the muscle to exert maximum force against resistance
Mascular Strength
Ability of the heart blood vessels and the lungs to adapt to physical exertion for a prolonged duration
Cardiovascular endurance

Type - what kind of activity
Ability of the muscles and joints to go through a full range of motion
Flexibility
Proportion of lean body mass to fat body mass

It refers to the quality of one’s movement skill
Performance (Skill) related fitness
The ability to stay upright or stay in control of body movement either stationary while moving
Balance
The ability to move two or more body parts under control smoothly and efficiently
Coordination
The ability to move and change direction and position of the body quickly and effectively while under control
