Agility
Agility or nimbleness is an ability to change the body’s position quickly and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance.
Flexilibility
the ability to bend or to be bent easily without breaking
Strength
the quality or state of being strong - capacity for exertion or endurance
Reaction time
the length of time taken for a person or system to respond to a given stimulus or event
Balance
an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady
Muscular Endurance
ability of a muscle, or a group of muscles, to repeatedly exert a force (contract) for an extended period
Co-ordination
the organization of the different elements of a complex body or activity so as to enable them to work together effectively
Cardiovascular endurance
Cardiovascular endurance is a measure of how well you can do exercises that involve your whole body at moderate to high intensity for an extended time.
Speed
the rate at which someone or something moves or operates or is able to move or operate
Body Composition
percentage of fat, water, bone, muscle, skin, and other lean tissues that make up the body
Power
physical strength and force exerted by something or someone
