Amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistence
What is Flexibility?
Range of motion in your joints
What is Muscular Endurance?
Ability to use voluntary muscles many times without getting tired.
What is Body composition?
Percentage of body that is muscle, fat or bone.
What is Agility?
Ability to control the movement of the whole and position quickly.
What is Speed?
Rate of which and individual can cover a movement or range of distance
What is Cardiovascular Endurance?
Ability to exercise the whole body for long periods of time
What is Reaction Time?
Time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of a movement.
What is Balance?
Keep the body stable, while at rest of in motion
What is Power?
Ability to undertake strength performances quickly.
What is Coordination?
Ability to use more than two or more body parts together.
