Balance
Ability to stay in control of body’s position
Body Composition
Percentage of your bodies weight that is fat.
Coordination
the organization of the different elements of a complex body or activity so as to enable them to work together effectively
Speed
Ability to move all parts of your body as quickly as possible
Flexibility
the ability of a joint or series of joints to move through an unrestricted, pain free range of motion
Agility
ability to move quickly and easily.
Muscular endurance
the ability to continue contracting a muscle, or group of muscles, against resistance, such as weights or body weight, over a period of time
Muscular strength
Muscular strength is the amount of force you can put out or the amount of weight you can lift.
Cardiovascular endurance
how well your heart and lungs can supply the oxygen you need while you exercise at medium to high intensity
Power
The ability to exert a maximal force in as short a time as possible
Reaction time
Amount of time it takes that goes by when we notice something
