What is aerobic endurance?
Ability of the cardio respiratory system to work efficiently, supplying oxygen and nutrients to working muscles during sustained physical activity
What is muscular endurance?
Where a muscle can continue contracting over a period of time against a light to moderate fixed resistance or load
What is strength?
Strength is the maximum force (in Kg or N) that can be generated by a muscle or muscle group
What is flexibility?
Is the range of motion available at the joints of the body. It includes of a person to move a joint fluidly through its complete range of movement
What is body composition?
What your body is made of and is the relative ratio of fat mass to fat free mass (vital organs)
What is speed?
Is where a person travels fast over a short distance
What is power?
Combination of strength and speed m and is the ability to apply maximum force possible in as fast a time as possible
