Partially sensitive to androgens

Possibly normal sex characteristics with vagina but no cervix or uterus
Inguinal hernia with testes
Normal breast development
Male may still develop breast enlargement at puberty
Treatment
Remove testicles for risk of malignancy
Estrogen replacement after puberty
Gender reassignment
