A

1) Performs evaluation both seated and standing as appropriate
2) Make sure rotation is of SPINE ONLY and Hip Motion/ Linkage DOES NOT OCCUR
3) Asses PROM/AROM and Verbalizes Asymmetry noted
4) Rotates the patient RIGHT with ARMS CROSSED
5) Rotates the patient LEFT with ARMS CROSSED
6) Determine the ANGLE OF ROTATION from Neutral using chin or nose as indicator
7) Has patient FLEX FORWARD at waist and noting 40-90 DEGREE MOTION
8) Has patient EXTEND BACKWARDS at WAIST noting 20-45 DEGREE MOTION
9) Has patient SIDE BEND LEFT and RIGHT noting 15-30 DEGREE MOTION
10) Has patient ROTATE CERVICAL SPINE RIGHT and LEFT noting 70-90 DEGREE MOTION
11) Has patient SIDE BEND THE CERVICAL SPINE LEFT and RIGHT noting for 20-45 DEGREE MOTION
12) Has patient FLEX the CERVICAL SPINE noting 45-90 DEGREE MOTION
13) Has patient EXTEND the CERVICAL SPINE noting 45-90 DEGREE MOTION
