Define the principles of standards-based reading instruction

Whole Class Instruction-takes place at the beginning of the instructional lesson sequence. The teacher
presents the lesson to the entire class, assessing for understanding
Flexible Grouping - Then the students are grouped according to the
assessment results. Group students according to shared learning needs. These smaller groups change depending on the changing needs of the students
Individualized Instruction - Those still struggling will need one-to-one
instruction.
COMPONENTS OF EFFECTIVE INSTRUCTIONAL DELIVERY
