First within 18 months of incorporation

A
AGM = 21 days exclusive of date received and date of meeting GM = 14 days
Notice deemed received 48hrs after posting
Pure ordinary resolutions don’t require notice

Signed requisition containing resolution to registered office
Directors must call meeting within 21 days of receipt and to be held < or = 28 days of notice being sent out
