Individual
Clients of CHN that has two major functions: reproduction and socialization. Basic unit in the
community health nursing. Contribute knowingly and unknowingly to the development of the health. Performs health promoting, health maintaining, and disease preventing activities.
Family
Clients of CHN that consists of children, and elderly which they are considered the most vulnerable individual in the community.
Population groups
Clients of CHN consist of a Healthy community may be rural, urban, has a characteristics that every individual must be aware of health programs that the health center can offer
