Arrived on scene, incident in evidence
- Provide brief description on arrival
What is code 4?
Leaving incident - returning to station available for turnout
What is code 5?
Returned to station home
What is code 6?
Incident is a malicious false alarm
- Area has been checked
What is code 7?
Returning to station, appliance not available for turnout
What is code 8?
Arrived at incident - checking in with QFES OIC
What is code 9?
Refers to a casualty
Alpha - alive
Charlie - deceased
What is code 11?
Justifiable false alarm
What is code 12?
Avoidable false alarm
What is code 20?
High rise procedure in use
- Message should include why it is being initiated e.g. investigation, life rescue, firefighting purposes
What is code 30?
Proceeding to incident at normal road speed without audible and visual warning
What is code 40?
Vehicle is no longer required to attend incident
Can turn back around
What is code 99?
Major or critical incident is occurring.
Indicates to crews that the incident may be overwhelming due to operational requirements, such as life rescue, evacuation, or where the dynamics, size or complexity of the incident is unusual.
