When presenting development options for Asterleigh Farm, Kiddington I created a mind map that clearly laid out the many routes with their pros and cons. This was a useful aid to the Client’s understanding of available options.

Tell me about a time when you had to demonstrate effective negotiation skills.
When negotiating rent-free periods at Unit 7 at the Courtyard I advised that we should not offer more than 3 months.
This was despite the prospective tenant receiving an offer from another business park for a rent-free of 12 months.
This was due to knowing that our offer was far superior to our competition and that 3 months was still reasonable. This was correct.
