involves sending and receiving messages without the use of words.

is sending receiving messages through written symbols such as language

are responsible for a huge proportion of nonverbal communication

uses deliberate signals; communication without words
Gestures
refers to vocal communication that is separate from actual language, which includes:
Tone of voice
Loudness
Inflection
Pitch
Paralinguistics
uses your body to convey a message or a meaning like, arm-crossing.
Body language and posture
people often refer to their need for “personal space” ; it also refers to distance
Proxemics
looking, staring and blinking are important nonverbal behaviors
Eye gaze
also known as touch; used to communicate affection, familiarity, sympathy and other emotions.
