However, information may be ignored/missed by staff.

refers to gathering staff either in one location or online to pass on information regarding health and safety.
these are useful where information needs to be given to all staff
one of the quickest ways of ensuring important information is passed on
allows instant feedback on information given
staff attendance can be taken
however, could be time consuming
Time saved as all staff can be contacted at once through a group e-mail
Files can be attached to provide additional details
Can mark the e-mail as urgent/important to gain the attention of staff
however, no guarantee staff have familiarised themselves with the e-mail or attachments
