Aggressive
Ready or likely to attack or confront; characterized by or resulting from aggression.
Passive
Accepting or allowing what happens or what others do, without active response or resistance.
Assertive
Having or showing a confident and forceful personality.
“I” Message

Active listening
A way of listening and responding to another person that improves mutual understanding.
Body Language
The process of communicating nonverbally through conscious or unconscious gestures and movements.

A teen might decide he dislikes all cheerleaders because a cheerleader once turned him down for a date.

Assuming that all boys like sports, for instance, is an example of a gender stereotype

People who are tolerant value diversity. They can appreciate the differences in other people’s cultures, interests, and beliefs.
Bullying
Person called you names or even threatened you with physical violence. This disrespectful behavior is an example of
Hazing
Examples of hazing can include yelling or swearing at new members, forcing new group members to go without sleep, physically beating them, or forcing them to drink alcohol.
Relationship
A bond or connection you have with other people.
Friendship
A relationship of mutual affections between people
Citizen
The way you conduct yourself as a member of the community.
Role
The parts you play in your relationships.
