Borrow vs lend
Barrow = brouette (He transports the soil with the barrow)
Lend = laisser quelqu’un emprunter de l’argent ou quelque chose qui vous appartient (avec une banque emprunt + intérêts)
Dead vs death vs died
Dead = (n) un mort
Death = the end of someone’s life (ex. The cause of death)
Died = verb mourir
Earn vs win
Earn = to be pay money for your work;
to make a profit from business/bank
to deserve something cause you work hard
if your actions or qualities earn you something
win = to be the best in a competition
fun vs funny
fun = (n) enjoyment
funny = (adj) making you laugh
learn vs teach
learn = to get knowledge about a subject
teach = give instructions in a particular subject
leave vs let
leave = to go away from a place or person
let = to allow someone to do something
like vs as
like = similar to something else
as = used to compare people or things
live vs experience
live = if you live in a place, to have a particular kind of life, alive
experience = knowledge that you learn when you do something yourself, something that happen to you
live vs leave
leave = to go away from a place or person

lose vs loss vs loose
lose = (v) stop having something (perdre)
loss = (n) when you don’t have something any longer (une perte)
loose = not firmly fixed in place (adj), loose clothes are big
quit vs leave

quit = to leave a job or school permanently , stop doing something bad or annoying
really vs very
really = extremely , used when you are surprise about something
very = use to emphasize an adjectif
remember vs remind
remember = they come back into your mind
remind = (v) remind someone about something
still vs again vs always
still = a situation continue to be
again = one more time, back to the same condition
always = every time, forever, for a very long time, very often
that vs then vs than
that = used to talk about someone/something that is a distance away from you
then = at a particular time in the past or future (I was still at eight, but I’ll have left by then)
than = use to compare 2 things or people
