segmoid volvulus (unlikely - older) intususseption
USS shows ‘bullseye/target sign’
another USS ‘kidney bean’ (pseudokidney)

how is intususseption treated
air blown up rectum
gas filleds round bowel, unravels and pushes back (70/80% cases, others will require surgery)
