What is cause?

What is cure/controllability?
patients beliefs about whether illness can be cured and the extent to which the outcome of their illness is controllable
What are the three descriptions of disease?
Acute- Disease will be short term
Chronic- Disease will stay for a prolonged time
Cyclic- Disease will come and go
