What is a contract?
a promise or set of promises for which a breach is enforceable under the law.
What is a promise under Restatement 2(d) § 2?
a promise is a manifestation of intention to act or refrain from acting in a specified way, so made as to justify a promise in understanding that a commitment has been made.

The formation of a contract requires a bargain where there is a manifestation of mutual assent and consideration.

An ad is invitation not an offer, because there are no clear and definite terms.
