Miconazole gel (not with statin or warfarin)
Nystatin (ok with statin)
Severe - fluconazole
Infectious diarrhoea
Loperamide
Travellers diarrhoea
Ciprofloxacin
Theadworm
Mebendazole
C diff
Vancomycin
If first second line not working then add IV metronidazole
Relapse less than 12 weeks Fidaxomicin
More than 12 weeks - vancomycin or fidaxomicin
