2 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir ingredients in a mixing glass, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a cherry.
Margarita

Lemon juice, gin and syrup to shaker and chill. Strain into chanpagne flute and top w champagne. Lemon twist garnish.
Aperol spritz
3 oz prosecco
2 oz aperol
1 ounce club soda
Add prosecco aperol and soda to a wine glass filled withnice and stir. Garnish with orange slice.

1.5 oz gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz creme de violette
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
Shake strain served straight up with a lemon twist.
