3 TO and ldgs within 90 days, same Type airplane. A visual or advanced sim can be used to be one current. There are stipulations to using a visual sim.

If the sic has less than 100 hrs as sic in the type and the pic is not a check pilot, then the pic must make all TO and ldgs in the following situations:
1) at specially designated airports
2) vis is at or below 3/4 sm (4000 rvr)
3) water, snow or slush on runway
4) braking action is less than “good”
5) +15 knot crosswind component
6) reported windshear
7) any condition pic thinks might be prudent

If you have less than 75 hours in the type as pic or sic, you cannot conduct operations under 121 unless:
1) newly certificated certificate holder doesn’t employ any pilots who meet the minimums
2) cert holder adds a new type to its fleet
3) cert holder adds a new domicile and requires pilots to be qualified on the airplanes from that domicile
