Comes in 2 forms- Occurrence and Claims-Made. Difference is how the coverage is triggered.

An accident, including repeated or continuous exposure to the same dangerous conditions.

Bodily Injury
injury, disease or sickness sustained by an individual to include resulting death from any of these at any time.
Personal and Advertising Injury
Refers to bodily injury arising from trade secret, imprisonment, unlawful eviction, malicious prosecution, use of another’s advertising idea, slander, libel
Coverage Territory
Territory in which the policy is applicable:
US, Puerto Rico, Canda
- International Airspace and waters
- Anywhere in the world if damage or injury results from products or goods manufactured or sold in a coverage territory

Premises and Operations
Includes the use, maintenance, or ownership of the insured’s premises and all business operations.
Products & Completed Operations
Property damage or injury taking place away form the policyholder’s premise and arising out of their work (your work) or product (your product)
Contractual Liability Insurance
Provides coverage for liability that the policyholder has assumed under a written contract.
CGL Coverage Form A - Bodily Injury and Property Damage
Covers bodily injury and property damage of a third party
CGL Coverage Form B - Personal and Advertising Injury Protection
Covers non-physical injury (libel and slander)
CGL Coverage Form C - Medical Payments
Covers medical, surgical, ambulance, hospital, professional nursing and funeral expenses of third party
Supplementary Payments
Additional amounts to states policy limits
